Job Title: Bio-Process Associate, 2nd shift

Location: Devens, MA (100% Onsite)

Shift: 5PM- 5AM

Shift rotation: 3 days on (Sat, Sun, Mon), 2 days off (Tues, Wed), 2 days on (Thurs, Fri), 3 days off (Sat to Mon).

Job Responsibilities:

Operate control systems and manage processes in Biotechnology Pilot Plants as assigned.
Prepare process buffers and reagents.
Clean equipment and maintain a tidy and organized work area.
Identify and report any safety, maintenance, or operational issues to management.
Update management on the status of operations promptly.
Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
Ensure adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and safety standards.
Maintain files, records, and equipment.
Record data, log activities, and monitor processes.
Achieve and maintain proficiency through ongoing training.

Education/Skills:

A high school diploma with at least 5 years of process operations experience is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Prior experience in a similar role is necessary, along with demonstrated mechanical skills.
Knowledge of general chemistry, mathematics, microbiology, and cGMP clean room operations is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail is essential.
Experience in following and documenting written instructions is required.
Must be a committed team player who can thrive in a collaborative environment.
Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed.
