Role Description

This is an UNPAID REMOTE INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY for a Business Development Intern (Fall/Winter Season). The intern will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of the organizational culture of the firm over a DURATION OF 4 MONTHS.

Interns will have the unique opportunity to train across all aspects of the business, gaining hands-on experience and professional mentorship in a consulting firm setting. Behind the scenes, you’ll shape strategies, negotiate deals, and form partnerships, while in front of the scenes, you’ll lead client engagements, implement strategies, and present tailored solutions.

This internship is designed as a comprehensive learning experience to accelerate the careers of future business leaders, offering exposure to critical business functions, from strategic planning and market analysis to client relationship management and operational efficiency, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of what drives business success.

Qualifications

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Multi-tasking skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure
Attention to detail is vital
Demonstrated ability to shift direction in response to changing work situations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel is required

Relevant skills and qualifications

Experience with social media and digital marketing
Familiarity with CRM software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Flexible schedule with the ability to work remotely on a daily basis
