Conduit Search is partnering with a growing Philly area Construction Management firm in their search for a career driven Project Manager to join their growing team.

Company & Role Information:

3rd party Owners Rep specializing in construction management services for real estate and land development
Primarily represent private developers: Supermarkets, well known retail chains, government, residential & multi family home developers, etc
Specializations: site/foundation work, ground up building construction, fit outs, etc
Remote position with occasional site visits in greater Philadelphia
Salary plus 5-10% expected bonus

Role with the Company:

Assist with project budgeting, by developing or soliciting estimates for scopes of work in accordance with the Project plan
Assist with procurement of Vendors per Procurement plan.
Reviewing Vendor bids and conducting bid de-scopes for scope, cost, schedule, and clarifications and exclusions of bid.
Developing accurate bid comparisons with leveling for all deviations between scopes between bidders, for a level bid comparison for presentation to clients.
Managing Vendors (Contractors, Consultants, Suppliers, and related agencies) for the execution of work scopes in accordance with the Project plan from beginning through a thorough and complete close out process.

Background Profile:

5-10 years of construction experience - GC or CM
Site work and vertical build experience preferred
