About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team and drive the design vision for Stackr’s products. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering, product, and marketing teams to create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that align with our brand’s identity. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs with quick turnover times, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

What You'll Do

Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences for Stackr’s products, ensuring they are both visually compelling and highly functional
Deliver design concepts and prototypes with quick turnaround times, balancing speed with quality to meet experimentation nature of the team
User-Centric Design, Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions, creating products that meet user needs and exceed their expectations
Develop and maintain design systems that enable scalability and consistency across all product designs
Actively seek and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, iterating on designs to achieve the best possible outcomes
Bring fresh ideas and innovative design solutions to the table, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in web3 design

Requirements

You are passionate about product design with 4+ years professional experience with a deep love for crafting intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces
Quick and Efficient, You excel at delivering high-quality designs within tight deadlines, maintaining a balance between speed and attention to detail
You thrive on self-experimentation, constantly exploring new tools, frameworks, and techniques to push the boundaries of what's possible in frontend development
You actively share your learnings and insights on social media, contributing to the broader development community and staying engaged with the latest trends
