Job Overview:

We're seeking a hands-on Marketing Director to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, top-of-funnel activities, customer engagement, and business growth through various marketing channels. The Marketing Director will work closely with company leadership, our Art Director, and Sales team daily.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement comprehensive marketing strategies

- Manage weekly email marketing campaigns

- Create and maintain an active LinkedIn presence

- Collaborate closely with our PR firm to maximize media exposure

- Execute content marketing activities

- Plan and execute marketing events and trade shows

- Oversee content creation for various marketing channels

- Analyze marketing performance and optimize strategies accordingly

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the audio or technology industry

- Proven track record in email marketing and social media management

- Must be a strong writer with experience in copywriting and ability to provide examples

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Experience working with PR firms and managing external relationships

- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision making
