Are you passionate about helping new families?
We are looking for a dedicated, highly organized Scheduling Coordinator with strong administrative expertise
to join our team in a hybrid role.

This position requires 2 to 4 hours per day of actual scheduling and communicating with clients and contractors
with two day a week in office for interviews and meetings and the ability to be on call seven days a week
from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm, ensuring smooth coordination of our essential newborn care services.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize a complex scheduling system to ensure caregivers are appropriately assigned to families
Serve as the primary point of contact between new parents and caregivers, fostering clear and effective communication
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Promptly resolve scheduling conflicts to avoid service interruptions
Maintain accurate records, track caregiver assignments and generate reports for management
Recruit new talent and manage the onboarding process for caregivers, ensuring they meet qualifications and equipped to meet the needs of families
Collaborate closely with the care team to ensure service quality and responsiveness

Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within healthcare, childcare or service-based industries
Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking abilities
High moral standards and professional ethics
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to intuitively understand the needs of both caregivers and new parents
Ability to work independently, think critically and make sound decisions under pressure
Proficiency with scheduling software and the Microsoft Office suite
