One of our portfolio companies is searching for a motivated Business Development Rep (BDR) who’s passionate about tech and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. As a BDR with us, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Microsoft Azure and data security consulting services. You’ll be the first point of contact for new business opportunities and will work closely with our sales team to turn leads into long-term clients.

What You'll Do:

Prospect and engage with potential clients, using creativity to break through the noise.
Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with high-level decision-makers (CIOs, IT directors, and security leads).
Qualify leads through in-depth understanding of their business needs, pain points, and challenges in data security and cloud infrastructure.
Collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach campaigns and develop lead generation strategies.
Use CRM tools to track interactions, follow up with leads, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Hit or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.

What You Bring:

4+ years of experience as a BDR, preferably in the tech, cloud, or cybersecurity space.
A proven track record of smashing sales quotas and driving meaningful leads into the sales pipeline.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure solutions and data security concepts (bonus points for certifications!).
Stellar communication skills—whether it’s email, phone, or face-to-face, you know how to connect.
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
You’re naturally curious, self-driven, and obsessed with staying on top of the latest industry trends.
