You will be responsible for handling a wide array of responsibilities that span accounting, transaction coordination, project management, and executive support. Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive executive assistance to the company owners, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Office Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including managing supplies, overseeing office equipment, and coordinating with vendors.
Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
Accounting and Transactions: Oversee basic accounting functions, such as managing invoices, processing payments, and tracking expenses.

Qualifications

Experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager, with a track record of success in similar roles.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities and demands.
Hungry for growth, humble in success, and fun to work with. You should have a genuine care for people and be ready to jump in wherever needed.
A positive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills.

Compensation

$50,000 - $60,000 salary
