Responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced Generative AI models using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tailored for healthcare applications.
Utilize Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), Transfer Learning, and Model Fine-Tuning techniques to optimize AI models.
Identify and mitigate biases in AI models to ensure ethical and accurate healthcare solutions.
Develop strategies to reduce AI model hallucinations for reliable healthcare predictions.
Perform data preprocessing, indexing, and feature engineering specific to healthcare data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with healthcare needs and regulations.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards in all AI applications.
Utilize programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for AI development.
Manage projects using Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Qualifications

Proven experience in developing Generative AI models, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI.
Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Expertise in AI techniques such as Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), Transfer Learning, and Model Fine-Tuning.
Experience in implementing bias mitigation techniques in AI models.
Knowledge of strategies to reduce AI model hallucinations.
Familiarity with data preprocessing, indexing, and feature engineering for healthcare data.
Understanding of HIPAA compliance and data privacy in AI solutions.
Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
