Responsibilities

• Support and implementation in the following technical domains:

o Responsive design.

o High availability and resilient configurations.

o Search engine optimization.

o SharePoint integration.

o ADA compliance rules.

o Modern cybersecurity principals and tools.

• 24/7 contact information for emergency support of the websites

• Regular updates to all frameworks and dependencies, and up-to-date documentation and architecture diagrams of all website components.

• Support for the established backup and recovery strategy and possible transition to a strategy that better complies with Metropolitan’s requirements for resiliency and high availability.

• Continual monitoring of all infrastructure components for CPU utilization, data transfer, disk usage, and other performance related metrics required to ensure agreed upon uptime.

• No interruption of service to the currently deployed configuration and an agreement to work with the current service provider to facilitate a smooth transition (if applicable).

• A full audit of the deployed architecture and an estimate of the effort to migrate the existing components from their current AWS hosting location to a Microsoft Azure platform.
