Administrator – 6-Month FTC

Latham & Bond HR is pleased to be recruiting for an Administrator role with a leading Tier-1 automotive manufacturer. This full-time, onsite position is a six-month fixed-term contract, offering the chance to play a key role in supporting critical operational processes.

What You’ll Do:

Administrative Support: You will provide essential day-to-day support, managing communications, preparing documents, and handling inquiries across departments.
Data Management: Maintain and update key information in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
Event and Meeting Coordination: Assist with scheduling meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring seamless organisation and coordination.
Document Preparation: Draft and format various documents, including reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence, ensuring professionalism and precision.
General Office Duties: Manage office supplies, support filing and record-keeping, and assist with other administrative tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous Administrative Experience: Ideally, you’ve worked in a similar role before, but we welcome candidates with strong organisational skills and transferable experience.
Attention to Detail: You are detail-oriented and take pride in ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
Intermediate IT Skills: You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office programs.
Communication Skills: You’re an effective communicator, both written and verbal, and can build rapport with colleagues and clients.
Team Player: You enjoy collaborating and are committed to supporting the team and organisation as a whole.
