We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with financial services experience to join our team of dedicated professionals.

Location: This position can be based out of Encino (CA) or Century City (CA) on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute onboarding of new hire groups according to the firm onboarding calendar
Support onboarding task compliance process. Send reminders related to incomplete onboarding tasks and follow up with employees to ensure completion
Host new hire orientations in the Century City office
Assist recruiting team in scheduling screenings and interviews for candidates
Assist in updating several large spreadsheets in an environment of continual change while employing a great degree of attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
Manage employee evaluation processes and performance reviews
Assist HR Managers with employee data changes in ADP such as, salary changes, promotions, transfers, supervisor changes, title changes, terminations, schedule changes, etc.
Manage offboarding of employees by ensuring terminations are submitted in HRIS and appropriate offboarding procedures are followed, and information is sent to exiting employees
Other duties as assigned

A Successful Candidate Will Possess The Following Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in a similar role
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to create and maintain a trusting relationship with staff and stakeholders
Able to work independently with little supervision
Able to juggle multiple responsibilities
Able to act in a confidential capacity

This is a non-exempt, overtime eligible position. Employee compensation is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, employee education/training/credentials, employee work experience, work location (including if the employee will be hybrid or fully in-office), the scope and responsibilities of the role, internal peer equity, and market considerations. The expected base compensation hiring range for this position is $55,000 to $68,000 per year.
