Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of the project.
Coordinate across teams (engineering, finance, and marketing).
Manage external partners and vendors.
Support leadership with high-level administrative tasks.
Track progress, metrics, and budget to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Implement risk management and process improvements.

Must-Have Qualifications:

5+ years of project management or executive support experience in tech or fintech startups.
Hands-on experience with IPO preparation or working in high-growth startup environments.
Proficiency in FIGMA for product design and management.
Strong organizational skills with experience leading remote teams.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or DeFi.
Experience with fundraising or IPO preparation.
Background in delivering complex technical projects within crypto or fintech.
