Essential Functions

Design, develop, implement, and maintain business reports, dashboards and reporting tools in order to increase productivity and drive efficiencies.
Ensure data sourced for pipelines, reports, and dashboards are from quality data sources while also supporting data preparation requirements.
Serve as a front-line data user that supports manual and automated data quality processes to ensure company data is maintained at a high quality.
Recommend methodologies to improve data quality and analytical preparation processes and serve as a source for business requirements for strategic data initiatives.
Assist in testing, data quality, and documentation efforts.
With direction, delivers insights/analysis on business performance based on metrics to support broader analytical initiatives.
Effectively communicate and interact with business and technical stakeholders to solve data-related problems.
Comply with information lifecycle management and data governance policies, standards, and guidelines.
Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements and comply with safety policies, practices, and procedures.

Required Education And Experience

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or related field.
Previous experience in SQL programming/business intelligence report writing and Python required.

Special Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in data profiling, statistical analysis, data analysis, and data standardization / cleansing techniques
Strong SQL skills with the ability to write sophisticated queriers across large, complex data sets
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Must be familiar with report development and report layouts
Experience with ERP systems/ Syteline preferred
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English

Work Environment

Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office/production setting with adequate ventilation and moderate noise
May work with or near moving mechanical equipment
This is a 100% onsite position

Physical Demands

Minimal physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an office/clerical nature to work from a sitting or standing position.

Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crouch
Must be able to sit for long periods of time
Must be able to lift up to ten pounds, with or without assistance
