HIRING NOW: Project Manager/SR. PM - Industrial, Utilities, Warehouses project exp.

Location: San Diego or Orange County

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish as a Project Manager/Sr. PM at an Architecture firm. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator, and project management experience within the Industrial, Utilities, and Warehouse project space.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee the completion of the project
Develop a plan of action including schedule, resources, and work plan
Construction Administration/Documentation, Building Codes, Production, Design, Proposals, Submittals, Roll Out, etc. exp.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
Project Exp: Industrial, Utilities, Warehouses, etc.
Exp: Project Management, construction administration/documentation, production, design through construction, submittals, proposals, etc.
Revit proficient
Bachelor's degree in Architecture preferred
Registered Architecture License is a plus, but not mandatory
