Social Media Marketing Intern Job Description:

Are you passionate about TikTok & Instagram and ready to learn how to create engaging content while selling products live? As a TikTok Social Media Marketing Intern in our Academy, you’ll collaborate with our team to grow our social presence, create viral content, and master the art of selling on TikTok Live.

This role is based in Los Angeles and provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing with a focus on TikTok commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and host engaging TikTok Live sessions to sell products, driving audience interaction and conversions.
Develop, film, and edit creative TikTok content that promotes products and enhances brand visibility.
Manage the TikTok account, ensuring timely uploads, interaction with followers, and fostering a positive community.
Analyze content performance and adjust strategies to optimize views, engagement, and sales.
Collaborate with the team to create viral content using our "Educate + Entertain + Storytelling" framework.
Assist in producing product-focused videos and contributing creative ideas to enhance product marketing.
Nurture leads and respond to comments and messages, creating strong relationships with followers.
Use analytics to track the success of TikTok Live sessions and adjust tactics to improve performance.

Requirements:

Strong passion for TikTok and social media content creation.
Experience or willingness to work in front of the camera.
Creative mindset with a focus on driving sales through engaging content.
Ability to collaborate effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
