Wholesale Assistant – Maternity Cover

We are currently seeking a Wholesale Assistant to join our team for on a Fixed Term Contract to cover a maternity. You will need to have previous experience in looking after Wholesale teams, dealing with Key Account representatives and 3PL centres, with a high level of enthusiasm, organisation and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will be supporting the Commercial VP with inventory movements across the business for all channels (Retail, E-Commerce and Wholesale), as well as provide reporting and analysis on key KPIs to support trading decisions while optimising sales and stock.

You will be responsible for:

Producing and distributing any company trade reports, as well as any other ad hoc reporting requested by the commercial VP.

Supporting with the creation of PowerPoint Presentations and Excel reporting.

Organization of trips and commercial activities such as Trade fairs, Product Presentations.
Wholesale order management uploads into ERP

Creation of Export documentation for Logistics.

Handle communication with Partners and Customers to ensure successful delivery.

Work with wider team on KPI targets.

Collaborate with wider team to successfully execute new season launches.

Skills Required:

1-2 years’ experience in a similar role

Knowledge/understanding of the International Logistics environment.

Confidence using Microsoft Excel including knowledge and use of formulas.

Skilled on PowerPoint and Slides creation for presentations.

The ability to work well with multiple stakeholders and departments.

The ability work independently, multitask and achieve deadlines.
