dynamic team. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the first point of

contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving

issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

Must be in the United States (Excluded states are California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, Oregon, Wisconsin, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Illinois)
1+ years of Customer service experience
1+ years of Call center experience
Good communications skills
Ability to multitask
Excellent Active listening skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Must be able to pass a background
Must have hard-wired internet and headset (No wifi or VPN)
Must have a computer or laptop operating Windows 10 or 11
Computer or laptop, must have memory of 12 GB Ram
