Description:

Latinos for Education is seeking a diligent and efficient Manager, Development Operations to bolster our development efforts.
Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, the Manager, Development Operations will play a critical role in ensuring that our development systems are robust, accurate, and fully implemented.
Responsibilities include managing development tracking in Salesforce, ensuring proper tracking across all development portfolios, generating development reports, supporting prospect research, and coordinating data gathering for proposals and reports.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in development operations for a mission-driven organization.
Proficient in CRM management; Salesforce CRM preferred, with a demonstrated ability to manage development data, create reports, and optimize system functionality to support fundraising efforts.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration and timely execution.
Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing internal and external meetings, with attention to detail and follow-through on action items.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from data, support strategic decision-making, and drive process improvements in development operations.
