Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for owning email marketing, paid ads, and the optimization of the website to drive incremental traffic. This is a role for someone who is passionate and eager to continue to assess the data and make actionable recommendations to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

● The Marketing Specialist with assist in all activities related to e-marketing strategies insuring timely and accurate program delivery

● Manages the strategy and execution of email marketing and paid ads

● Supports the optimization of the website and driving SEO strategies to drive increased business performance

● Background in project management and search engine optimization

Qualifications:

● Proven experience managing email marketing and paid ads programs, ideally within the pet industry or a similar niche.

● Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

● Strong understanding of SEO techniques and strategies

● A willingness to learn and improve, with a passion for staying ahead of trends and best practices.

● Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies for optimal performance.

● Passion for pets, particularly guinea pigs and rabbits.

● A strong work ethic and ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects without supervision.
