Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the flooring trade, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage flooring projects with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Utilize laser measurement tape for accurate measurements.
Handle client and subcontractor interactions professionally.
Coordinate job deliveries and material arrangements.
Collaborate with our partner store for material sales.
Follow company policies and ensure compliance with all procedures.
Take responsibility for payment collection and project completion.
Handle assigned leads from initial quote to project completion.
Price projects according to our established pricing model.
Get trained in company software and accounting systems.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in the flooring and staircase renovation space.
Ability to be able to sell and close a given project.
Proficient with laser measurement tape and related tools.
Fluent in English, with strong communication and sales skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience in client and subcontractor relations.
Proficient in handling payments and following company policies.
Must have a car for project management and site visits.
Must be willing to sign contracts and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to start training.
Must know how to use a computer.

Compensation:

Earn 15% of completed renovation projects.
Projects range from $1,000 to $100,000.

Training: 1-2 Weeks
