About the role

We’re seeking a part-time PM to help design and launch new websites for our clients.

What we are not looking for:

We are not looking for a designer. We seek someone to work alongside our designer, guiding content strategy, to design and launch great nonprofit websites.

We certainly welcome anyone who can bring design knowledge IN ADDITION to their strengths in content development, but Iif you're background is mostly in design, this is not the right role.

Why part-time?

Great question. I'm glad we asked.

We like to take these things slow. We’ve never had a team member quit or leave the job and that’s because we jibe reeeaallly well together. We’re also pretty small (tiny) and we work closely together, so we want to make sure personalities match before making big commitments.
We’re largely project-dependent, which means sometimes we are really (see extremely) busy, and other times we slow down (and travel/pick up sourdough baking). Committing to a full-time role is scary for a small team like ours.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be building websites for nonprofits alongside our design, strategy, and development teams. If you’re qualified for the role, you should have a pretty solid grasp of what that looks like, but we’ll lay out some key points here anyway (formalities, ya know?)

Meeting with clients to discuss organizational objectives
Plan website structure and information architecture
Coordinate the content development process
Track timelines, respond to emails, nitty gritty stuff.

Working Hours & Schedule:

The role is part-time, and we expect 10-15 hours per week, depending on your availability. You’d be expected to be available during prime client meeting times, mainly Tuesdays and Thursdays, between 10 AM and 2 PM EST.
