About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the evolution of our software, drive innovation, and ensure we continue delivering high-impact, customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for FusionSW to align with business goals and market needs, particularly within the LIHTC space.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, gather competitive insights, and identify emerging trends in the real estate and asset management industries to inform product direction.
Customer-Focused Innovation: Engage with clients, stakeholders, and partners to deeply understand their needs and pain points, translating them into actionable product requirements and features.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver features on time, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Agile Development: Lead agile product development, managing backlog prioritization, sprints, and iterative releases to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Feature Ownership: Take ownership of core features like tax credit management, compliance tracking, and property performance analytics, ensuring they are continuously improved based on user feedback.
KPIs & Success Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, user engagement, and feature adoption. Present insights to stakeholders and adjust strategies accordingly.
Go-To-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop product positioning, value propositions, and launch plans for new features or improvements.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years in product management, ideally within SaaS or real estate tech. Experience with LIHTC or other asset management software is a strong plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Skills: Strong understanding of product development cycles, customer-centric design, and agile methodologies.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and understand software architecture, cloud platforms, and data management.
Problem-Solver: Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex business challenges through innovative technology solutions.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
