Responsibilities

Handle confidential information with discretion
Provide vital administrative support to partners across the firm
Assist in the finalization of tax returns and financial statements
Manage client inquiries and requests
Assist with client onboarding and offboarding processes
Manage office systems and procedures
Assist peers with administrative tasks
Maintaining accurate records, data entry, and report generation
Communicate effectively and accurately with the admin team and partners
Meet with leaders consistently to ensure direction and workload
Help to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
