Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee business functions including financial statements, contract administration, accounts payable, and billing.

- Prepare and present analytical reports that interpret data and provide actionable insights.

- Collaborate with a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) on payroll and accounting functions.

- Assist in budget preparation and review, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

- Manage contract administration and monitor compliance with contractual obligations.

- Provide technical and administrative support to firm partners.

What You Bring:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Five years of experience in bookkeeping, office management, or related positions.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting.

- Familiarity with accounting software
