Role Description

This is a remote, part-time 1099-contractor role for a data collector based in Santa Clara, CA. The Data Collector will conduct probate estate research, collect data, analyze information, and communicate effectively with the team. Training and professional development opportunities will be provided to enhance the skills required for the role.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Data Collection and Analytical Skills
Strong Communication abilities
Research skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of real estate or probate processes is a plus but not required
You will need a laptop or other portable computer. Most courthouses allow the use of these electronic devices. Otherwise, data must be transcribed to paper and entered into Excel via another computer.
You are an accurate typist and will focus on accurate data entry.
Willing to travel to local courthouse weekly (or daily if needed).
