About the Role

We’re searching for a part-time Legal Assistant to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be handling a variety of tasks that keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. From managing office operations to assisting with client communications and supporting our legal staff, your contributions will be critical to our success. You’ll work in our Lake Worth office, with the flexibility to work remotely some of the time.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide administrative support to our legal team, ensuring day-to-day tasks are completed seamlessly.

• Assist with client communications, keeping them updated and informed about their cases.

• Manage office operations and help with the organization of files, legal documents, and case-related paperwork.

• Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain our case management system.

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Marketing experience is a plus, particularly in helping to promote the firm’s services and community engagement through social media, client newsletters, or other outreach initiatives.

• Prior experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus but not required.

• Marketing experience or an interest in helping promote the firm’s community involvement and services is a big plus.

• An Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field is preferred.
