Role Description

This is a hybrid internship for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at PerfAgents. The role involves conducting manual testing, software quality assurance, and collaborating with the software development team to ensure high-quality features in the product. The position is located in Jacksonville, FL, but it offers the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

Software Quality, Quality Assurance, and Software Quality Assurance skills
Experience in Manual Testing
Experience in writing Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, and Puppetteer scripts
Collaboration with Software Development teams
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical and technical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Areas you will own

Be the single point of QA for multiple pieces of critical features in the complex workflow.
Own the testing of the features across various complex features in the SaaS offering, and doing what it takes to get the product certified for releases, and decide on what gets shipped at full scale in production.
Dive deep into the performance of various components and invent new approaches to bring efficiency to QA.
Writing extensive regression suites using Playwright and Selenium combinations.
Test the AWS Marketplace offering from various complex scenarios.
Testing various integrations.
