What You'll Do

Perform comprehensive high, medium, and low voltage testing on electrical power equipment.
Consult technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot and optimize equipment performance.
Prepare detailed reports on tests, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Engage in troubleshooting, repairing, replacing, and cleaning substation equipment and components.

Who You Are

You have 3+ years of hands-on experience with high, medium, and low voltage testing of electrical power equipment.
You're knowledgeable in working with equipment such as circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, motors, PTs, and CCVTs.
You have experience with test equipment like Power Factor, Ductor, Megger, CT ratio & saturation, and Hi-Pot.
A self-motivated individual eager to learn and grow.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A background in Electrical/Electronic technology through a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree, or relevant military experience, is preferred.

Additional Requirements

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a satisfactory criminal background check.
Willingness to work overtime and travel out of town for extended periods.
Physically able to climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 70 lbs.
Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
