We have developed the first-to-market, patented golf club cleaning device designed to enhance the performance of your golf iron. Our mission is to empower and educate golfers to maintain the optimal condition of their clubs, ensuring top-tier control and spin for every shot. We're looking for a passionate individual to join our growing team in an equity-based role, with the potential to grow with the company.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and connected Content and Social Media Manager who is passionate about the golf industry and/or an avid golfer. In this role, you will take the lead in managing our digital presence, creating engaging content, and growing our community. This is an incredible opportunity to join at the ground stage of an innovative startup and shape the voice of Fendo Golf.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand's goals and engages our target audience.
Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), with a focus on increasing engagement and brand visibility.
Build relationships with influencers and key figures in the golf community to drive brand awareness.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns and content performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to align content creation with product launches, promotions, and events.
Stay up to date on trends within the golf industry and social media platforms, using that knowledge to innovate our content.
Actively engage with our audience, responding to comments and messages to foster community growth.

Requirements:

Passion for golf: Must be an avid player or have strong connections within the golf industry.
Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging digital content (professional or personal projects are acceptable).
Strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Ability to develop and execute a content calendar.
Strong communication and writing skills with a creative flair.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut).
Experience working with golf influencers or within the golf industry.
Strong video editing skills for short-form content on platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.

Compensation:

This is an unpaid position; however, you will receive equity in Fendo Golf, providing the opportunity to benefit directly from the growth and success of the company.
