Responsibilities:

Inspect and test the activities of production process; applying knowledge of quality assurance standards and procedures; Review quality assurance instructions, specifications, and production schedules to determine method of conducting inspections and tests. Submitting reports and meeting with quality assurance, production, and management to discuss findings.

Processing of customer complaints in close coordination with QM, R&D, and Production Support
Reporting to customer
Coordination of corrective and preventive actions with development, production and in coordination with customer
Warranty cost settlement
Analysis of the supplier evaluations of our customers, coordination of corrective and preventive actions with our technical departments
Performs internal process and other audits as required.
Monitoring of product group-related target agreements and market observation reg. failure development
Supports establishing quality procedures, etc. specific to manufacturing operations
Provides technical support for root cause analysis
Coordination of communication in terms of quality to customer in coordination with the responsible Q-Manager
Start-up support at the customer's location
Travels to customer locations for the purpose of assisting in quality complaint

resolution or sorting activities

Responsible for collecting quality data and running analysis of the product
Responsible for testing and analyzing electronics, in order to insure their quality and safety
Access to all Q-relevant topics
Initiate production stop and release
Insist on the definition and implementation of corrective actions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field

- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role

- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools

- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
