FULL-TIME PERSONAL ASSISTANT NEEDED

Busy business owner and mom of 3 children, 2 dogs, and 2 cats looking for a local, full-time personal assistant M-F in Lake Oswego, OR.

I am an integrative oncologist who is now running a virtual practice with a team of 8 in the field of oncology and holistic wellness.

My kids are a 21-year-old boy and 18-year-old girl who are away at college, and a 14-year-old girl who lives with me half-time.

I am seeking a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to help maintain a smoothly running household and support daily tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-directed, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.

Duties to include:

Scheduling personal appointments (including children and pets)
Booking travel arrangements (flights, hotel, car service, etc.)
Managing my Gmail inbox
Keeping my spaces organized such as the kitchen, living areas, etc.
Managing returns and other errands such as shopping, picking up dry cleaning, post office, pet appointments, etc.
Sorting mail, deliveries, etc.
Emptying trash and recycling
Ordering, wrapping, and shipping gifts
Watering plants
Taking care of pets
Packing and unpacking before/after travel
Light cleaning
Meal prep and cooking
Washing, drying, and putting away laundry
Coordinating and managing home contractors
Helping out with daughter when needed (driving to appointments, picking up from school, etc.)

Qualifications:

Highly organized and able to multitask
Self-directed and works well with minimal supervision
Comfortable with dogs, cats, and routine pet care
Enjoys cooking and has basic culinary skills for meal preparation
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Non-smoker
Plus: Interest in holistic health and wellness

The schedule would be 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday (including a one-hour lunch break).
