As an Intake Specialist in our Pediatrics Department, you will play a crucial role in guiding families through the initial steps of their journey with us. You'll be responsible for speaking to mothers, helping them understand our services, and ensuring a smooth transition to their care provider.Intake Representative Qualifications & Core Responsibilities:

Minimum of 2 years in an office environment is required
A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong Sales abilities with a focus on relationship-building.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Expert analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Promptly responding to emails and calls.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.Schedule:
