Role Description

This is a remote role for an Enterprise Project Manager at Freedom Mobility Center. The Project Manager will be responsible for program management, project planning, budgeting, utilizing analytical skills, and maintaining clear communication channels. The role involves overseeing and coordinating various projects for the company as a whole, on the Executive level

Qualifications

Project Inventory Management: They track and maintain an inventory of all projects across departments and sometimes across global locations, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with the company's goals.
Task Structuring and Assignment: They assist teams in outlining their project plans, breaking them into tasks, and ensuring that tasks are clearly assigned to the appropriate team members.
Cross-Department Coordination: They work with teams across different departments to ensure projects are well-coordinated and that there is no overlap, redundancy, or conflicting priorities.
Progress Monitoring and Follow-Up: They regularly follow up with teams on project progress, ensuring that deadlines are met and that roadblocks are addressed quickly.
Reporting and Accountability: If deadlines are missed, the Global Project Manager would escalate the issue to the department heads, providing reports and highlighting areas where the project is falling behind or where additional resources may be needed.

This role often requires strong project management skills, experience with tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or similar, and excellent communication and leadership abilities. It can be highly strategic, ensuring that projects are aligned with business objectives and that resources are used efficiently across the organization.
