Advocate Health Advisors is seeking a Contracting Administrative Assistant who will contribute to performing the highest quality contracting standards in the Medicare space. Based in Venice, Florida, Advocate Health Advisors was formed in 2005 to change the Medicare experience for Americans across the country. As a member of our contracting team, you will provide support to the Contracting Lead in ensuring that our agents are properly contracted with over 75 carriers throughout the US and Puerto Rico. Responsibilities

Provides a high level of attention to detail.
Stays up to date on current Medicare guidelines, as well as carrier guidelines, and disseminates to the team as needed.
Collaborates with a team that conducts multiple contracts throughout the day to achieve goals and agent satisfaction.
Utilizes established internal controls and systems to complete workload.
Collaborate with Agent Care Team professionals cross-functionally to ensure regulatory and contractual requirements are met for agents nationwide.
Review & update company policies and procedures as needed and annually to keep them current and within carrier guidelines.
Additional opportunities to manage projects and engage with additional opportunities within contracting.

This role requires a unique ability to develop relationships, analyze information and influence multiple parties to increase engagement and get the needed results. You will be working in a matrixed environment with multiple groups while ensuring that resources are used effectively to mitigate errors and achieve desired outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
