**Office Assistant**

**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and be proficient in various office tasks.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents & inventory.

- Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks.

- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy.

- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone systems etiquette.

- Support office staff with clerical tasks as required.

- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks.

**Skills:**

- Proven experience in an office assistant or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles using QuickBooks is a plus.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.

- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively.
