Position Overview:

Baby Bright is looking for a proactive and organized Social Media Manager with a focus on managing social media accounts for an exciting baby cloth book brand, My First Book. This part-time or internship role is perfect for someone who enjoys developing content strategies, analyzing social media performance, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across multiple marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage social media accounts for My First Book and other baby product brands licensed by Baby Bright.
Develop and implement content plans that are tailored to the specific goals and audiences of each marketing campaign.
Create, curate, and manage engaging content (including images, videos, and written posts) that reflects the brand identity.
Monitor and respond to social media interactions, ensuring a positive and engaging online presence for each brand.
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media posts, using insights to optimize future content strategies.

Qualifications:

Have some experience with Baby Product promotion and marketing
Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to leverage them for brand promotion.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus.
Portfolio or examples of previous social media work are required.
