Position Overview:
Baby Bright is looking for a proactive and organized Social Media Manager with a focus on managing social media accounts for an exciting baby cloth book brand, My First Book. This part-time or internship role is perfect for someone who enjoys developing content strategies, analyzing social media performance, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across multiple marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts for My First Book and other baby product brands licensed by Baby Bright.
- Develop and implement content plans that are tailored to the specific goals and audiences of each marketing campaign.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (including images, videos, and written posts) that reflects the brand identity.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, ensuring a positive and engaging online presence for each brand.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media posts, using insights to optimize future content strategies.
Qualifications:
- Have some experience with Baby Product promotion and marketing
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to leverage them for brand promotion.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus.
- Portfolio or examples of previous social media work are required.
