We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, ethical Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be in charge of the accuracy of artists' and artworks' data. A routine day in your full-time remote work includes performing day-to-day entry of texts and images into our web platform, Instagram accounts, and other third-party portals.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20 per hour + annual performance-based benefits

Expected hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Flexible work schedule as long as the deadlines are met

Main Duties

Get, receive and store data files in various formats from different sources
Prepare and unify data for data entry according to the given standards
Enter texts and upload images in the company’s web-based platform and Instagram accounts as instructed and according to the data formats
Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of data
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily data entry operations to maximize the efficiency

Computer Skills

High efficiency in working with computers
Internet literacy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
Ability to work with or learn different web and mobile applications, productivity tools, task organizers, document management, and video meeting applications (Google Calendar, One Drive, Zoom, etc.)
Sufficient skills to edit and upload posts and work with various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Basic understanding of and practical skills with photo editing softwares (such as Adobe Photoshop)
