Responsibilities:

Engage with warm inbound leads generated from paid advertising efforts.
Qualify leads based on their needs and interest in personal finance coaching.
Schedule high-value appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM systems with lead information and appointment details.
Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the team via Slack and other communication platforms.
Track and report on appointment setting metrics and KPIs.

Requirements:

Must Haves:

Proven experience in appointment setting or sales roles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of personal finance concepts.
Proficiency in using CRM systems.
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
Previous experience in the coaching or personal finance industry.

Nice to Haves:

Experience with high-ticket sales.
Knowledge of advertising and lead generation processes.
Experience in building out and working with GoHighLevel

Skills:

High Ticket Appointment Setting
Objection Handling, Problem Identification, & Persuasion
Proficiency in Slack, CRM platforms, and other communication tools.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent problem-solving skills.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in appointment setting, sales, or a related field.
Experience working with CRM systems and managing lead pipelines.

Location:

This is a 100% remote position working online between the hours of 9 AM - 5 PM CST from Monday to Friday with the ability to work on Weekends as needed.
