Responsibilities:
- Engage with warm inbound leads generated from paid advertising efforts.
- Qualify leads based on their needs and interest in personal finance coaching.
- Schedule high-value appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead information and appointment details.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the team via Slack and other communication platforms.
- Track and report on appointment setting metrics and KPIs.
Requirements:
Must Haves:
- Proven experience in appointment setting or sales roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of personal finance concepts.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
- Previous experience in the coaching or personal finance industry.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with high-ticket sales.
- Knowledge of advertising and lead generation processes.
- Experience in building out and working with GoHighLevel
Skills:
- High Ticket Appointment Setting
- Objection Handling, Problem Identification, & Persuasion
- Proficiency in Slack, CRM platforms, and other communication tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in appointment setting, sales, or a related field.
- Experience working with CRM systems and managing lead pipelines.

Location:
This is a 100% remote position working online between the hours of 9 AM - 5 PM CST from Monday to Friday with the ability to work on Weekends as needed.
