The Responsibilities

Write engaging content for employee-focused benefit guides, newsletters, videos, microsites, posters, and postcards.
Develop copy for marketing materials, social media, blog posts, and our websites.
Contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and new offerings.
Ensure all deliverables meet our high standards for quality, accuracy, spelling, and grammar.

The Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Thorough understanding of employee benefits.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during our busy period from July to November.
Strong commitment to deadlines.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in English or related field preferred.
Copywriting and copyediting certificates are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.
