The Responsibilities
- Write engaging content for employee-focused benefit guides, newsletters, videos, microsites, posters, and postcards.
- Develop copy for marketing materials, social media, blog posts, and our websites.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and new offerings.
- Ensure all deliverables meet our high standards for quality, accuracy, spelling, and grammar.
The Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of employee benefits.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during our busy period from July to November.
- Strong commitment to deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in English or related field preferred.
- Copywriting and copyediting certificates are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.
