Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met
Assist with personal tasks, such as errands, appointments, and reservations
Coordinate events and special projects as needed
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation

Qualifications

Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
Professional and friendly demeanour
