Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with personal tasks, such as errands, appointments, and reservations
- Coordinate events and special projects as needed
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
