Qualifications:

Significant M&A experience at an executive level
Expertise in integration, building synergies, strategic planning, and due diligence
Proven track record in driving growth through acquisition and achieving strategic exits

Preferred:

Relevant experience in Home Services, Construction, or a related industry
Familiarity with managing acquisitions and navigating fragmented industries

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic guidance to the executive team in acquisition strategy and business growth
Leverage industry connections to identify acquisition targets
Support due diligence, integration, and post-acquisition planning efforts
Help guide IronWood HS to achieve its valuation and exit goals
