Qualifications:
- Significant M&A experience at an executive level
- Expertise in integration, building synergies, strategic planning, and due diligence
- Proven track record in driving growth through acquisition and achieving strategic exits
Preferred:
- Relevant experience in Home Services, Construction, or a related industry
- Familiarity with managing acquisitions and navigating fragmented industries
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance to the executive team in acquisition strategy and business growth
- Leverage industry connections to identify acquisition targets
- Support due diligence, integration, and post-acquisition planning efforts
- Help guide IronWood HS to achieve its valuation and exit goals
