We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our dynamic Office Team.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Administrator to join our team at Leaves Builders. This role is vital to ensure the smooth running of our Maintenance and Projects Offices, supporting day-to-day operations and assisting with client management.

You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, from booking appointments to managing data entry and supporting the accounts team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to contribute to a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Inputting and creating new jobs
Booking appointments and raising Purchase Orders
Liaising with clients on behalf of the business and Contracts Managers
Assisting the accounts team with timesheet and cost queries
Handling invoicing and job closures
Chasing outstanding invoices and managing debt-related queries
Answering phone calls, managing emails, and greeting guests
Organising deliveries and collections
Maintaining filing systems and ensuring record retention
Managing data entry and record-keeping across departments
Overseeing office supplies and refreshments
Supporting the onboarding process for new employees and subcontractors
Preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and organising internal and external meetings
Uploading and maintaining client documentation, drawings, and schedules

What We're Looking For:

Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
