Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager to join our team. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with the Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to 12-volt electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

Applicants must have Managing experience with large groups of people.
Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing 12-volt electrical projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met within established timelines and budget constraints.
Assist in the preparation of project plans, and schedules.
Support client communications and maintain positive relationships by providing regular updates on project status and addressing inquiries or concerns.
Assist in preparing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the project management workflow.
Must be comfortable with being on the phone for long periods.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a management role.
Knowledge of 12-volt electrical systems and components is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Benefits:

Competitive salary of $70,000 per year. Contract is negotiable based on experience
