Role Description

This is a remote contract role for an Account Representative. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying potential client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include communication with clients, sales activities, training, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience with prospecting and writing customized messages based on research
Self-starter that takes initiative to improve sales processes
Strong customer service and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the Product Management, staffing or related industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Hours & Compensation

This role is for an independent contractor starting at 5 hours per week and 5% commission. Successful sales track record opens a tiered path to 30 hours per week and 15% commission. Additional compensation for achieving key results.
